An established Flatshare management company requires a Junior Letting Negotiator.
We are looking for the right, long term employee. Working in tandem with our office manager you will use your communication skills and initiative to ensure the development of your portfolio.
The ideal candidate has to be highly motivated and able to work under pressure, negotiate and communicate effectively with our clients.
You will have the opportunity to grow with the company in a young environment.
Job description and salary:
Job Title: Junior Letting Negotiator for a flatshare company.
Salary: 18 000 To 22 500 (Basic + Commission)
Hours: 37.5 Monday to Friday

Keys Responsibilities:
- Represent the company to rent out available rooms.
- Good spoken English, able to communicate in a professional manner.
- Good negotiator able to sell
- Motivated and proactive, responsive to leads quickly, hard worker.
