We are looking for someone to run our kitchen and manage our kitchen team. The job will include:
making sure food is of the right quality and price- maintaining consistency
managing stock and monitoring wastage
ordering food from and negotiating with suppliers
controlling a budget and keeping accurate records
managing health and hygiene procedures
organising the staff Rota
training and developing staff
weekly staff meetings with management team
Some training is provided but we are looking for someone who has some sort of experience and at least great enthusiasm. We are looking for someone who is easy going and personable. Also, obviously, capable and reliable. This is an expanding company with great potential for growth and progression. We provide a supportive and nourishing environment to learn and grow in.
The restaurant is situated in Willesden Green- it is a small and very well-reviewed restaurant. A menu is provided and input would be lovely- but no pressure to do so.
