Saint Espresso is a well regarded, independent family of premium coffee shops. We are a small hard working team in an established and evolving dynamic business in some of the most prominent locations in London including Camden, Angel, Kentish Town and Baker Street.
We are currently seeking for a well rounded cafe kitchen manager/ chef for our Camden site -Leyas. The right kitchen manager person for the role will be happiest when crafting delicious brunch or lunch dishes and will display a team working ethic, happy to get Stuck in with whatever is required. You'll be competent with managing all aspects including: paperwork, forecasting, ordering, cleaning and a team of two kitchen assistants. You will be confident in using seasonal ingredients and have the ability to make a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes. You will understand how to cost dishes and formulate exciting relevant menus.
You'll take pride in our exciting independent brand and be committed to building on our excellent reputation through great team work and a positive can do attitude. Weekend availability is a must and the role will be based at our Camden store.
