Kitchen Manager: main responsibilities
-Effectively manage your team to achieve set objectives
-Delivery of high standard of kitchen operation
-Ensure all food preparation adheres to quality standards
-Accurate stock control
-Conforming with health and hygiene regulation
-Develop the team
-Overall responsibility for the financial performance of your kitchen
Required experience:
- Kitchen Manager: 2 year Must have 2 - 4 years of experience as a Culinary Manager
- Kitchen Manager with BOH experience in a full service, moderate to high volume restaurant.
- experience working for a food service or hospitality brand
- High level of customer service, really driving staff to engage and build relationships with customers ensuring they have an individual experience
You will join a multi- brand company that will help develop you in your chosen career path and is known to promote within the company, if your aspirations are to develop yourself to a senior accredited chef or an executive chef role in the future then you will be joining the best company.
