KITCHEN MANAGER VACANCY

Meatailer Ltd, the company behind London sites MEATliquor and MEATmission, are looking for the ideal person to fill the HEAD CHEF position at our Brixton site. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone looking to manage a busy kitchen with room for growth.
Job requirements:
• Ability to remain calm and to work under pressure
• Communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Financial awareness and strong organisation skills
• Good IT skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team focused environment
• Ability to motivate and lead others
• A flexible approach willing to support staff
• Willing to take a responsibility for the store and people
• Previous experience at a similar level.
• Able to take responsibility for stock control.
Qualification requirements:
• Qualification/Apprenticeship as a Chef
• Basic Food and Hygiene Certificate
• First Aid Certificate
