We are currently recruiting for a Manager to run this Central kitchen based near Shoreditch as the business embarks on their journey of expansion across London. Currently trading with 1 sites, and the CPU, with 3 more sites opening this year, with up to 20 planned in the next 5 years, this is a very exciting time to join the business in early stages of development and assist with the smooth preparation, delivery and quality of all food. This is a great role for someone who has been a Kitchen Manager in a production style environment, kitchen manager from a food to go prep kitchen, a chef who has moved into a CPU environment, or an experienced Food production manager, who is hands on and is used to managing small teams in a start-up style capacity. This facility will be based near Shoreditch, London and will be producing great food for a number of their own sites as they grow in London and delivery to homes and more, with exciting time aheadWe need someone who has:* Managed 10 or more staff* Has worked as Production Manager or Head of CPU or Production Kitchen Manager in the past* Significant experience in a similar role within a Central Production Unit/Food manufacturing environment/food to go prep kitchen* Certification of Health and Safety at work regulations and Certification of Advanced Food safety are essential* Excellent organisational and time management skills* Ability to implement change and good problem-solving skills* Excellent people management skills and ability to motivate and coach staff to achieve results* Computer literate in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and OutlookOn offer is a competitive salary of GBP35,000 basicIf you are looking and interested please apply today for more information.At COREcruitment we are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
