With average weekly sales in excess of £26K this site is a great opportunity for a Kitchen Manager with a passion for team to join the business! The site demands a mix of both business and leisure guests, with the adjoining Premier Inn achieving 85% occupancy year-round.
With a team of 8 in the Kitchen, the ideal candidate will have previous line manager responsibilities or be in a coaching/support-based role.

Whilst every single member of our restaurant teams is vital to our ongoing success, you'll be ensuring that our food remains the hero of our story. Because you won't just be wowing our guests with your cooking prowess. You'll be managing, training and inspiring your team to deliver amazing food, on spec and on time, every time.
Not only that, you'll also play a vital role as a member of the wider restaurant management team. So that means adding a dash of initiative and new ideas. A good dollop of commercial savvy. And bringing it all to the boil to ensure that everyone's working together to Serve Up Great Memories.
Working with the largest hospitality group in the UK – and winner of the Publican award for the best 51 + site employer – means having the authority and autonomy to flex your expertise to the max. You'll be spotting potential amongst your team. Then making the most of it through 1-2-1 training and development. You'll be looking at improving stock management and reducing wastage. And, of course, you'll ensure that the highest standards of hygiene and H and S are headline news amongst your kitchen team at all times. And all in the fastest-paced, most guest-focused environment you could hope to bring your unique talents to.
