Can you keep the kitchen running at full pace?
As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll be a vital addition to the mix - the key ingredient that brings everything else together.
You’ll organise schedules, order ingredients and orchestrate training – allowing our chefs to focus on what they do best. The plaudits for successful service might often go to the chefs, but they can’t do it without you…

Join a talented, friendly team
Benefit from a competitive salary and great discounts including 15% off in all Fuller's pubs!
Work for a pub company that takes pride in food.
Enjoy the fast-paced fun and camaraderie of the kitchen.

However well-organised you are, life in a professional kitchen will always be hectic – but it’s a buzz on which you’ll thrive. You can expect to be dealing with high volumes of food sales, which makes your role all the more important.
It’s down to you to help our chefs prepare for service, by bringing in the right ingredients, at the right time, in the right numbers. And when we say ‘right ingredients’, we mean fresh ones. Because Fuller’s is a company determined to do pub food the right way – with a real emphasis on locally sourced, seasonal goodness.
You won’t need to be the world’s greatest chef to become our Kitchen Manager, but you should be able to lend a helping hand to the team when things get busy. You’ll need to share our passion for fresh food too. Most importantly though, you’ll be a people-person -  able to get the best out of the team and keep the kitchen running to its full potential.

You’ll be organised, with a head for figures.
You’ll have an ability to plan ahead
You should have excellent communication skills.
You'll be able to perform cooking tasks as required.

Please understand that we will need proof of your right to work in the UK.
