By day we are a very popular licensed café/restaurant mainly British food with European culinary influences, starting from a breakfast menu including vegan, vegetarian meat and fish options through to a full a la Carte lunch offer including Sunday Roasts and a fantastic variety of delicious homemade cakes, good wine and excellent cocktails.

What we are looking for:
¥ At least 1 years’ experience managing a kitchen with a small team.
¥ experience in events an advantage
¥ Ability to keep calm under pressure.
¥ Efficient, organised and able to do ordering using IT and spreadsheets.
¥ Team player in that all staff undertake all aspects of kitchen jobs whilst keeping strong and stable leadership.
Job role expectations:
Working alongside the General manager/head chef you will:
¥ Manage a small team of kitchen staff
¥ Ensure a smooth, efficient, safe, hygienic kitchen.
¥ Keep abreast of cost and stock control, being creative with surplus produce¥ Input into the development of menus.
