Yamagoya brings their traditional Japanese ramen to London, created by founder Masatoshi Ogata, whose recipes have been a long kept family secret for over three generations.
Our team is looking for full-time chefs to work on the counters preparing and delivering Japanese food!
We are looking for:
• Kitchen experience, preferably in Asian cuisine
• Ability to deliver consistent food
• Must have a good understanding of food hygiene and safety
• Positive attitude, good communication skill and working well in a team
• Great food passion with an eye for detail
Our offer:
• Competitive salary with a target earnings from £9.50 per hour
• 28 days holiday per year (inclusive of bank holiday)
