Looking for Chef/Kitchen Assistant ( Part Time) to work with the Head Chef as a team in a small Gastro Style Pub in WC1 area. (Bloomsbury, near Chancery Lane, Holborn - Central London)
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
You must be able to motivate yourself, be able to work under pressure and run the kitchen when Head Chef on his days off etc.
You must have some experience and must be organised to keep the kitchen, including fridge/freezer in order and maintain high standards at all times.
You must be enthusiastic, reliable, hardworking, trustworthy and not a timewaster.
Good spoken and written English is very essential.
