Requirements:
•Some experience of working in a kitchen
•Plating and dispensing the Street Food, Main Courses and Desserts.
•Intermediate English or above is essential.
•Well organised and positive person
•Genuine passion for food and the willingness to learn about our exciting Indian cuisine.
•General food preparation
•Preparation of Salads involving chopping and preparation of vegetables.
•Preparation of chutneys and sauces (we are happy to train)
•Cleaning down the section at the end of the Shift.
