You will be working in a brand new open kitchen and be in front of customers at all times. Everything is made from scratch. Junior Sous Chef Central Londonup to £32k per annum, including tronc Italian restaurant You will be joining a kitchen brigade of 7 chefs plus kitchen porters, producing quality dishes. The head chef has Michelin star background so it is an opportunity to develop your cooking skills further. My client offers seasonal menus, that focus on Italian produce. The menu changes daily.We are looking for a passionate and brilliant Junior Sous Chef to join their team; someone who wants to bring ideas to the menu but as well as enjoys the admin side of the kitchen.You will be able to demonstrate extensive experience from your previous Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie position within the industry. You will be supporting and managing the Kitchen brigade.
