As Junior Sous Chef you will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality dishes. In the absence of the Head Chef, you will also take the lead in the kitchen, motivating the team, carrying out stock-taking and ordering duties and ensuring that all health and safety procedures are adhered to. • experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a high volume, quality restaurant;
• Fun and friendly character;
• Ability and enthusiasm to lead a team;
• Passion for food and delivering exceptional dishes;
• Working knowledge of stock and margin controls, ordering systems and health and safety;
• Excellent time-management and organisation skills.
