We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team in our restaurant in Queens Park, London.
Ostuni is London’s first eatery dedicated to the cuisine and wines of Puglia, a region that represents what Italian food is all about; simplicity and flavour.

As Junior Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef in preparing and executing the menu as well as the management of the kitchen. You will have the necessary skills and a good understanding of what it takes to manage a kitchen. You will achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and health and safety while working as part of a team to produce fresh, seasonal and innovative dishes that you will be proud of.
