Are currently looking for enthusiastic
Junior sous chefs.
The successful candidates will be open-minded, ambitious ,energetic and ready to learn.
Previous experience in Nordic cuisine would be an advantage but not necessary.
The above role is to support the Head and Senior Sous chef in the day to day running of the kitchen , including food production, being able to handle all sections, cleaning and stock management.
