Ennismore’s first solo restaurant concept, Tandoor Chop House, located in the heart of Covent Garden, is the meeting of a North Indian communal eatery and a classic British chop house. It brings together the characteristics of these two traditional restaurants - the Tandoor ovens, Indian spices and marinades, select prime cuts of meat, and buzzing atmosphere. The 50 cover site serves from lunch to late with dine in and takeaway options available. The result is a place diners can come to socialise over drinks and share plates of hearty, comforting food.

In your role you will…
Assist with managing the kitchen and maintain consistency, great tasting food contributing to evolving our restaurant’s menu.
Be a leader - inspire the team, lead by example and be looked up to.
Maintain close relationships with our very valued suppliers.
Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with overseeing all of the kitchen operations.
We want you if.
You have experience in a fast moving dynamic environment.
You value learning and development and are looking to join a hard working team, aiming to making the best food out there.
Be passionate about Indian food and have a willingness to learn as much as you can, whilst developing your own ideas.
You get your team and know how to best support them every day.
You’re not precious. You Muck in. You appreciate some ideas work and some don’t but are not afraid to try new things.
You get stuff done.
You are humble. There are no egos, and no drama.
