Junior Sous chef required for a popular, beautifully decorated French restaurant in Soho.
As the Junior Sous, you will be reporting into the head chef and sous chefs and will be responsible for the CDP and Commis Chefs.
Your role will be to ensure high standards are maintained for the kitchen and keep staff moral high.
You must have a clear understanding of budgets, forecasting and stock.
