Edwins, a small casual dining restaurant in the heart of Borough is currently looking for a Full Time Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef.
What we can offer-
- £10.00 per hour plus service charge (normally £2ph extra)
- The ability to work with fresh food daily and put your stamp on things

- 40-45 hours per week on average.
What we are looking for-
- A genuine passion for British seasonal produce and an understanding of current London food trends.
-experience in a similar environment/experience in cooking high quality British cuisine at a Chef de Partie level or above.
- The ability to run the pass on quieter shifts.
- Exceptional eye for detail and standards.
- Good understanding of food safety/health and safety procedures.
