An open kitchen counter restaurant with daily changing menu and twenty or so wines by the glass and a growing collection of vinyl records on the back bar.
We like to work in a friendly, fast paced environment where research, creativity and new ideas are encouraged from everyone.
We always try to give 4 days on 3 days off as much as it's possible and we really care about staff welfare.
The team benefits from visits to our suppliers in Cornwall and Somerset and research trips around the borderlands of Thailand.
Since opening in 2015 Kiln has gathered numerous accolades including a rare five star review by Fay Maschler, a Bib Gourmand and being voted number one restaurant in the UK in the National Restaurant Awards.

The role will suit a talented and creative chef with a few years experience as a chef in a fast paced restaurant. A background in Thai food is absolutely not necessary… we’ll teach you that!
