We are a garden landscape company is looking for an Human Resources Administrator to join us at our main office in London Victoria.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of Human Resources administration in the company, including:
• Preparing induction packages and issuing contracts
• Recording appraisals, disciplinaries, staff absences and holidays
• Organising staff parties and events
• Setting up recruitment, return to work and exit interviews
• Monitoring and booking all staff training required.
In addition to this you will be expected to assist the other staff in the small admin and accounts team with holiday cover, help answering the phones and other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring Human Resources Administrator with plenty of opportunity for career progression and scope to create on your role.
Requirements
• Ideally you will have previous experience working in a similar role with the ability to work on your own initiative.
• Must have excellent attention to detail and be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy in your work.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good telephone manner.
• Knowledge of Sage 50 Human Resources would be useful and any CIPD training/qualifications
Hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, with one hour unpaid lunch break.
Salary: £20,000-£25,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Will consider funding CIPD qualification for the right candidate.
