Objectives:
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all employee timesheets for payroll
• Manage time and attendance system on daily basis and daily reporting
• Manage recruitment needs of the business
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Manage time and attendance for all employees and liaise with managers for accurate information
• Processing and record all holiday, sickness, maternity/paternity, leave applications
• Provide support to Human Resources Team and assist with ad hoc projects as and when required
• Manage recruitment needs for all departments on a daily basis
• Utilise job boards, company website and recruitment agencies
• Maintain daily report of recruitment status by department
Professional qualifications:
Essential:
• Human Resources Administration experience
• Knowledge of MS office package to an upper-intermediate level
• General administration and data management skills
• High level of verbal and written English
• Able to work weekends
Desirable:
• experience of working in a hospitality, catering or other service sector
Personal attributes:
• Ability to work independently and self-starter
• Available to work weekends and be fully flexible
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Discreet and work with confidential issues
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Customer Service oriented
• Demonstrate strong objectivity and transparency when dealing with Agencies
• Self-motivated and flexible attitude
