Our success starts with our teams so we are looking for a bright talented individual to join the Aubaine Human Resources Team as an Human Resources Administrator.
Reporting to the Head of People, you will provide support, advice and guidance to our Teams within the designated business areas. You will have at least one year of experience working as an Human Resources Administrator, preferably in a hospitality / retail business. experience with a multi-site operation would also be beneficial.
This is an exciting role, working in a small, but very supportive, friendly and professional Human Resources team.
The role will be based in our support office in West Acton, but you will also be required to work in central London from our restaurants. You will be provided with a laptop and a mobile phone so you can work remotely from our restaurants as and when needed.
As an Human Resources Administrator you will:

Support with the recruitment and selection process, including but not limited to posting job adverts, screening CVs, phone interviewing candidates, arranging/coordinating open days, and liaising with schools and colleges.

Be the first point of contact for Human Resources queries; ensuring that all matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with the company policy and legislative guidelines.

Conduct / assist with note taking during investigation meetings, disciplinary, grievance meetings, probation review meetings, etc.
Oversee the completion of the on-boarding paperwork of all new starters.
Assist the Head of People with payroll administration.

Ensure that the Human Resources Database (Fourth Hospitality) is updated at all times.

Train the line managers on Human Resources policies and procedures i.e. Recruitment, new starter process.
Support in the management of FLOW Hospitality system, including but not limited to setting up access for employees, running reports.
Carry out Human Resources , Recruitment and Training audits on a monthly basis, or as requested by the company.

Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and be able to adapt your communication style to suit a diverse range of colleagues and customers.

Highly organised and structured with an exceptional eye for detail.
Enjoy working in a fast paced working environment.
Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
