A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an aspiring Human Resources Administrator, to work for a well-known Engineering Consultancy based in the West End. This is an immediate temporary role for a skilled Administrative/ Human Resources professional able to hit the ground running and integrate themselves in to a team quickly. This role will be ongoing with immediate interview and start date opportunities, working Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. Core tasks of the Human Resources Administrator:- Administer and assist all aspects of the recruitment function, in terms of liaison with the Human Resources team to ensure a high quality, responsive service is provided to meet the aims of the Human Resources objectives- Offer administrative support to the Human Resources department- Maintain personnel records and amend existing records on the computerised database, ensuring this is done accurately and in a timely manner- Assist with Human Resources projects as required Desired skills of the Human Resources Administrator:- experience of working within recruitment and in an Human Resources team- Administration experience- Highly organised with attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Good knowledge of MS office packages Click APPLY NOW below!
