We are a 3 star hotel in Earls court, Central London.
We are looking for a full time receptionist; working hours include weekends and shifts will be varied from 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will therefore be required to provide good standard of customer service, to be organised and efficient as well as offering a warm and friendly welcome to our visitors.
You will need to have an impeccable telephone manners, have excellent computer skills and be experienced in dealing with enquiries and follow up to ensure resolution.
experience will be preferred but not essential, full training will be given.
Fluent English is a must as well as eligibility to work full time in the UK. Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
As a Receptionist you will:
Have excellent organisational and administration skills and be able to work as part of the reception team whilst providing an efficient and effective service to all our guests;
Need to have strong communication skills and pro-active approach to your work;
Ensure that our guests are completely satisfied at every stage of their stay, from check-in to check-out;
Key responsibilities:
Dealing with phone calls in an efficient and courteous manner;
Assisting the guests with directions, transportation or any other queries.
