THE COMMONGATE HOTEL is currently seeking a full time receptionist. Willing to work Night shifts at Christmas time and New years time. At Least a years experience required in the similar sector however training will be provided. Location Walthamstow E17.
Full Time Permanent Work. 40 hr - 48 hr a week.
Main Duties:
-Greeting customers in a friendly manner while checking in and checking out.
- Ensure all guest's complaints are handled appropriately, informing the head manager.
- Monitor all guest accounts ensuring that charges posted are correct.
- Be knowledgeable of hotel rates and term of business, taking every opportunity to up sell rooms with the aim of achieving maximum occupancy at maximum rates.
Required experience : 1 years in same sector.
