Hotel Receptionist Job in London

We are brand new, boutique hotel based in the tourist-friendly neighbourhood of Camden and are currently looking for an enthusiastic person to join our friendly team as a receptionist.
Camden Enterprise Hotel is a unique and funky place. We have 21 rooms over 3 floors and on the main floor beautiful and quirky pub. If you are a unique individual, who enjoys working in the bohemian ambience, likes to socialize and is outgoing we look forward to hearing from you!
Skills required by the receptionist:

Be a passionate, motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic receptionist.
Excellent command of the English language.
Confident ability to communicate and establish rapport.
Excellent telephone and email manner
Sales skills, ability to up-sell
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Able to work well by yourself
You have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly.

Duties and Responsibilities of the receptionist:

Greet and welcome the guest on arrival at the hotel and escort them to their room.
To perform check in and check out as per the departmental policy and procedure.
To perform duties as required in the Food and Beverage Department.
Develop product knowledge to ensure accurate delivery of service.
To ensure all in-house guest information is correct and up to date in the system.
To ensure all guests billing is processed timely and accurately and such documentation is kept in accordance with hotel policy.
To constantly monitor the reservations are dealt with and entered into the system correctly.
To carry out rooms allocation to guests according to requests.
To make himself knowledgeable about all rooms, food and beverage products and other services.
To enjoy multitasking and covering all departments in front of House such as concierge and guest experience.
To ensure the highest standard of customer service is exceeding our customer expectations.
To promote F and B; to internal and external customers.
To carry out direct sales over the phone
To ensure all payment handling in your shift are correctly reported and posted.
To promptly respond to all guest enquiries directly.
To fill any guest incident form and immediately inform your line manager.
To undertake any other tasks as advised by your line manager.
