We are part of a small chain of hotels in central London looking to employ a
full-time receptionist to join our team. The hotel is a grade 2 listed building in the Bayswater area, ideally located for key underground and bus routes. We're looking for a well-presented individual with good communication skills, a good knowledge of hotel reception procedures and who is very customer focused. Duties will include dealing with guest enquiries, checking guests in and out, preparing invoices and processing payments. You will need to be flexible with regard to working hours as reception work involves being available for different shifts throughout the week.
