We are recruiting for a Hospitality Assistants to work with us at 30 Euston Square home to the Royal College of General Practitioners.

What we are looking for:
• Ideally would have at least 1 years’ experience working in a contract catering venue with experience in events such as conference and banqueting.
• Enthusiastic applicants to provide an excellent food and drink service to our customers with great food and drinks service skills.
• We want people with positive attitudes and excellent communication and customer service skills. You will assist in set up, break down, making sure areas are kept tidy at all times, assisting with requirements from your manager.
• Ability to keep calm under pressure.
• Very well presentable/ well groomed! First impressions are most important!

• Flexible with working hours- you hours will vary between 8-20
Job role expectations:
• To ensure a smooth and efficient service to guests.
• To ensure that our customers receive the proper treatment and high quality of service.
• To ensure tables are fully set up before service starts/rooms are fully prepared.
• To be attentive to the customer's needs and ensure they are fully taken care of drinks and food wise.
• To handle all queries or report any to your manager.
