Recently opened to much acclaim, Canto Corvino is a modern Italian restaurant located in the heart of bustling Spitalfields.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our team. Applicants must have worked in quality establishments and have a good knowledge of pastry technique both modern and traditional.
The Head pastry chef will be required to work alongside the Executive Chef to create a vibrant and exciting dessert menu, along with homemade breads, Petite fours and pastries.
Above all our chefs must have a hard working attitude and willingness to teach, learn and grow within the industry.
A good level of english is also required along with the ability to work under pressure with precision and cleanliness whilst leading their pastry team.
