Head Pastry Chef - City of London - 1 Michelin * - French Cuisine - GBP32.5k +WHO AND WHERE?Job Title: Head Pastry Chef Establishment: 1 Michelin */3AA Restaurant Average Covers: 40 lunch and 80 for dinner Cuisine: modern French, with European influences Brigade: 10 + within main kitchen and pastry Location: City of London (Hammersmith, Metropolitan or Circle Line)Salary: 32,500 + Service Charge per annum Shifts: 5 days per week - Tuesday to Saturday Last orders: 10:30pmWHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?* A passionate and driven Head Pastry Chef to oversee and manage the Pastry section.* A Head Pastry Chef that is loyal and has achieved stability throughout their career.* The ideal Pastry Chef MUST have experience in Michelin* restaurants.* A keen trainer and motivator.* A creative Pastry Chef who can develop their current menus.* A Pastry Chef with previous experience of French cuisine would be desirable.
