A passionate, driven and competent Head Pastry Chef to lead a strong team of 4 pastry chefs.
A creative Pastry Chef with a strong repertoire of a la Carte desserts as well as afternoon tea and large volume banqueting.
An organised Pastry Chef that has previous experience managing a large operation pastry kitchen.
A Pastry Chef with a stable background.
A hands-on Pastry Chef with strong kitchen management and BOH operational skills.
