Job requirements:
• Ability to remain calm and to work under pressure
• Communication skills including great written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail
• Financial awareness and strong organisation skills
• Good IT skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team focused environment
• Ability to motivate and lead others
• A flexible approach willing to support staff
• Willing to take a responsibility for the store and people
• Previous experience at a similar level, with a strong grill background
• Able to take responsibility for stock control.
Qualification requirements:
• Qualification/Apprenticeship as a Chef
• Basic Food and Hygiene Certificate
• First Aid Certificate
