You will be able to manage a large team, be a fantastic communicator and be passionate about high quality ingredients and delivering great food. You will also have excellent knowledge about Food Safety and Health and Safety practices and standards. Responsibilities:* Manage the kitchen team to ensure they prep, cook and present the food as per the company specifications.* Ensure that Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations are adhered to at all times and all relevant paperwork is up to date.* Ensure that all menu items are available at all times.* Assist in recruiting, coaching and training the team to deliver a fantastic food experience.* Control food item orders and wastage.* Control and maintain venue food General Practitioner percentage.
