COMPETITIVE SALARY BASED ON experience
Crown Golf is the UK’s largest Golf Club Operator with 23 Clubs spread across the country and we are currently recruiting for a talented and proven Head Chef to join our team at Stapleford Abbotts Club.
You will:
• Be a positive, proactive individual who is able to lead by example
• Prepare and present high quality dishes within company guidelines
• Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
• Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure food stuffs are of good quality and stored correctly
• Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues
• Be able to work within set budgets
• Be familiar with training and coaching a team
• Have excellent Health and Safety knowledge
• Be organised and be able to handle pressure
• Be able to multi task
• Know how to cost and plan menus accurately
Required:
• NVQ or diploma/degree from accredited university in culinary arts
• At least 3 years of related work experience, as sous chef or above
