All About The Role
As a Zizzi Head Chef you will show your Zizziness and be part of the team at all times. Not just the Back of House team, the whole team working together delivering Great Times to our customers. You will coach and develop the kitchen team at all times with passion and skill to deliver the Zizzi food vision through every dish served.
At Zizzi the kitchen is the heart of the restaurant delivering food with passion and attention to detail will always be your priority. As a Zizzi Head Chef you will use your passion for food to be an expert on our menu to ensure you never deliver food that is less than perfect.
Running great restaurants is what we do. Clean and safe kitchen will be a given for you on every shift and so will making sure the safety and well-being of our customers and staff is always maintained above expectation

As well as previous Chef experience and ideally experience of managing and development people, our Head Chefs are individuals and treat others that way. They are natural, informal and put others at ease. They genuinely care, are confident and have fun - always great to be around.
