We are excited to advertise for the role of Head Chef at The White Horse, our fantastic Free House in Peckham Rye. Situated on the corner of the Rye itself and surrounded by some of the best known names on Peckham's up and coming restaurant scene, the pub has in its first year has built a formidable reputation through a daily changing menu of fantastic, seasonally-informed food.
Key responsibilities include;
- Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen
- Liaising with food suppliers for best pricing and all ordering
- Maintaining a General Practitioner of over 65%
- Producing seasonal menus that are current and on trend. 
- Managing and training the kitchen team
