As the Head Chef here you will be no stranger to using fresh produce when cooking and reflect the passion this teams has for food in all your dishes. A strong knowledge and background working in a similar environment and to a Rosette standard is key for this role. Inspiration and encouragement is what their ideal Head Chef will bring to the table, in order to train and push their team to progress and produce great things!
