Rota planning and labour control

Create and implement exciting menus

Produce and present modern British and European cuisine.

Manage a small team of Chefs

Assist in future pub openings

Training junior team members

Candidate requirements

Experienced as a Head Chef

Able to lead and mentor a small team

Assist Executive Chef in planning wine tastings and private dining menus.

Able to remain calm and focused, ensuring every dish is outstanding.

The drive and ambition to succeed

Able to help with driving the pubs/restaurants forward.
