VAC-13719- Head Chef - Brand New Opening - Modern Busy Restaurant - Good Quality Bar Food - £36k OTE, salary review every 6 monthsWe are looking for a talented and passionate Head Chef to join a Brand New Opening in a lovely setting in Fulham - just a couple of minutes' walk from the station. You will be joining a brand new business idea with excellent opportunities to create and design menus as they are looking for a Head Chef who can create a buzz and have people talking about their experiences. They have had VIPs in there over the past couple of weeks and they will be holding a number of events over the coming months with DJs and live music.You will; * Have a proven background in cooking in a busy environment * Have held at least a Senior Sous Chef position in the past, cooking Bar Food to a high standard * Ensure the day-to-day smooth running of the kitchen, overseeing and ensuring the food produced is to the company standards * Have excellent knowledge of Food and Hygiene and Health and Safety Regulations * Have excellent knowledge looking after the back of house, overseeing GPs and costings * Forage for suppliers * Writing constantly changing menus * Staffing You will benefit from; * Working in a company with plenty of room for progression * Working for a growing and profitable company * Working under friendly management with strong and positive values * Company uniform * 28 days holiday * Peak hours Mon - FriIf you are a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef with a passion for cooking exciting bar food and you are looking for a challenge working in a kitchen where you can help fulfil the potential of a new business, then this is the job for you!
