Forge are working with an exciting national restaurant group to recruit a Head chef for their flagship site in the heart of Manchester.
The restaurant group have a vast portfolio with a variety of different concepts.
At this flagship site they have built up an enviable reputation for quality food and service with an informal, Uber cool setting across a number of different areas including restaurant and 2 bars and a terrace.
The restaurant is renowned for its exciting Pan Asian cuisine and innovative cocktails and is a regular hang out for celebrities.
The restaurant serves an all day menu from 12pm - 11pm and can accommodate up to 500 covers throughout the day.
The Head Chef will lead a team of 20 chefs in the open kitchen that overlooks the beautiful dining room.
The Head Chef will assume complete responsibility for the day to day running of the restaurant and work closely with the senior operations chefs to develop the menu.
We are looking for a Head Chef hungry to make a name for themselves in Manchester with a creative flair and exceptionally high food standards able to handle a very high volume kitchen.
Salary: circa £50k doe
