Bubbledogs is taking residency at Swingers – the coolest cocktail bar to hit London with crazy golf and street food to fuel the fun – and we are looking for a Head Chef to run the show!
Bubbledogs offers a variety of gourmet American-style hot dogs, made from our own recipes, alongside a list of exclusive grower Champagnes in a vibrant setting. As Head Chef, you will take the lead in the running of the service, leading the team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes. If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
- experience as a chef in a high volume restaurant;
- A hands-on approach to your work;
- Previous experience leading a team and proven leadership and training skills;
- A passion for food and delivering high quality dishes;
- Working knowledge of stock and margin controls, ordering systems and health and safety;
- Excellent time-management and organisation skills.
