Established in 1948 by Harry Morgan, is now the largest and most famous New York Style Restaurant in London.
With branch in St Johns Wood, and the prospect of opening a few more in the near future, we are famous across London for our signature dishes of Salt beef and Chicken soup, with 80% of our clientele being regulars.
We are currently looking for a Head chef for our fantastic Restaurant in leafy and trendy St Johns Wood High St.
-As a Head Chef you will have previous experience in such environment, you need to be active and work as integral part of the current brigade, you will have knowledge on how to cut costs and keep food margins at a stipulated percentage, you will have exceptional leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will have to report directly to the Management team about all and every single issue related to the smooth running of the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have to be able to update all current recipes and be able to portion all items in order to control food costs.
The operation has the potential for growing, expansion is in the horizon.
Competitive rate of pay plus a bonus scheme that will be mainly related to the control of food margins and the ability to keep the kitchen clean to a high standard.
