Head Chef £36k | Fantastic B and I site | Stratford All Fresh Food | Brand new site and Kitchen | Great work life balance The Company:A renowned independent nationwide contract caterer with a focus on delivering quality food and service through investing in their employees.The Role:Head Chef required for this brand new flag-ship site in Stratford to oversee the whole catering operation which sees up to 500 covers per day on staff dining and with a varied Hospitality offering All staff dining is freshly made on site with an emphasis on healthy eating and with a high-street retail style of service There is a growing Hospitality and Events business delivered across a suite of meeting rooms as well as a stunning outdoor space with views across Central London and Canary Wharf.The successful candidate will lead a kitchen brigade of 4 with potential for growth according to business levels Monday - Friday working week with a focus on breakfast and lunch for staff dining. Occasional evenings required for Hospitality (with paid overtime.)The Requirements: An experienced Head Chef preferably with a background in high volume contract catering Candidates experienced in Hospitality in a contract catering environment would be preferred Must be comfortable working to a strict General Practitioner percentage, show enthusiasm for menu development, building supplier relationships and comfortable working across all sections of the kitchen The Package:Salary up to £36,000 per annum for the right candidate depending on experience Paid overtime offered for evening events Fantastic opportunities for further growth both at this site and within the company Don't keep a good thing to yourself We grow our business through referrals, so please don't keep us to yourself.
