Our growing family of venues, spread throughout South London are looking for a Head Chef at one of our Pubs in Peckham Rye – The White Horse. and nbsp; What we can offer - £30K – 38K depending on experience. Situated on the corner of the Rye itself and surrounded by some of the best known names on Peckham's up and coming restaurant scene, The White Horse has in its first couple of years built a formidable reputation through a daily changing menu of fantastic and seasonally-informed food. We work closely with a number of ethical and sustainable suppliers including the small farm in East Sussex where we produce our own sausages, cured meats and charcuterie. What we are looking for – A genuine passion for British seasonal produce and an understanding of current London food trends. A leader within the business, as a head chef within Parched you work along side directors and managers to maintain and drive the business forward. experience in a similar “gastro pub” environment/experience in cooking high quality British cuisine at a Sous Chef level or above.
