You’ll come with a wealth of experience and be fully competent in managing stock systems and controls and food margins. With 310 rooms running at year-round high occupancy the F and B operation thrives and Breakfast it when it sees its peak attracting over a 50% ratio of sleepers. You’ll have a clear passion when it comes to leading from the front, demonstrating the ability to create a high performing team through effective management, coaching and development. Playing a pivotal part in the success of the site you’ll work closely with the Management team in driving KPI performance, you’ll thrive on challenge and adapt to change as this site is proud to have hosted trial projects. Working closely with the Kitchen Manager, you’ll be at the heart of a world class kitchen operation. As Head Chef, you’ll lead the way in making sure all food is prepared safely, cooked perfectly and presented irresistibly. And as shift leader, you’ll make sure the team knows all about offers, promotions and menu changes.
