The Leconfield is a independent, fresh food pub in up and coming Newington Green. We specialise in British pub classics with a twist and our top notch Sunday roasts.

We are looking for an experienced, qualified head chef with a passion for for fresh food to lead our kitchen team.

What we ask of you.

Eligible to work in the UK
Fluent English
Good knowledge of seasonal foods and current trends.
At least 2 years experience working in fresh food kitchens in a head chef or senior sous chef position.
Hygiene and food safety trained to level 2 minimum.
experience working with British food/Sunday roasts.
A passion for culinary creativity.
Creating menus and seasonal specials
A good understanding of costing menus
Building good relationships with suppliers.
Building a strong, reliable and enthusiastic team.
Working well with front of house. FoH and BoH are one team at The Leconfield!
