We are looking for an enthusiastic Head Chef for one of our Vinoteca sites.

Vinoteca is a small independent group of restaurants, which combine high quality, characterful wine with a highly seasonal modern European menu.  We work with the best ingredients from great suppliers to produce freshly cooked seasonal food – we even bake our own bread daily.

Vinoteca has six sites across London, in Farringdon, Marylebone, Soho, Chiswick, Kings Cross and the City.  We are looking for a fantastic Head Chef to run one of our kitchens. We are looking for a Head Chef with seriously good culinary skills, organisation that is second to none and who has the experience to take ownership of running the kitchen.  As Head Chef you must be passionate about using the best seasonal ingredients to produce top quality food.
