We are looking for Head Chefs who can lead the team and deliver freshly cooked high quality food. The chosen Head Chefs must come from a branded food background as well as having strong management skills and along with a real drive to succeed and grow.
Head Chef role:
·Ability to demonstrate kitchen skills to the highest level.
·A confident, self-motivated, driven and professional person.
·Excellent management skills and financial understanding.
·Stock control management and understanding.
·Display a solid knowledge of all food safety regulations.
·Dedicated trainer, who can motivate and inspire their team.
