Breddos Taqueria is a 76-seat restaurant located in Soho, a place you can stop in for a breakfast bite, or stay all night listening to vinyl, eating small plates and drinking cocktails with friends. Our menu focuses on Modern Mexican food, using the best British produce we can get our hands on. The food at breddos is ambitious, challenging and big on flavour - we pride ourselves on creating interesting and unique menus that change daily and with the seasons, with most of the dishes being cooked over fire in a custom pizza oven, asado grill or robata. The vibrant restaurant takes its inspiration from the roadside taquerias visited by founders, Nud Dudhia and Chris Whitney, on their extensive travels throughout Mexico and America.

In your role you will…
Manage the kitchen and be responsible for consistent, great tasting food contributing to evolving our restaurant’s menu.
Be a leader - inspire the team, lead by example and be looked up to.
Maintain close relationships with our very valued suppliers.
Manage the kitchen’s General Practitioner and maintain a consistent margin.
Be passionate about Mexican food and have a willingness to learn as much as you can, whilst developing your own ideas.
Be responsible for overseeing all of the kitchen paperwork alongside the Sous Chef.
